Kennedy Rhodes lives in central California with her husband, two daughters, and an ever-growing number of pets. The introvert and extrovert sides within her are constantly battling each other; currently the introvert side has the upper hand.

Kennedy has been an avid reader her entire life and would frequently get in trouble as a child for reading too much (as if that is possible).

Kennedy has long argued that romance novels are a powerful force for good in the world. They empower people and make space to contemplate the complexities of life while having a ton of fun. Kennedy’s life became much happier when she put down the self-help books and picked up romance novels.

She’s a firm believer in the HEA and will never tire of her favorite tropes.

She began writing her debut novel, Uprooted, in 2024. It was both a thunderbolt of inspiration and a desperate need to escape into another world.
